Starting 2014 the MasterClass Workshops are designed to take amateur cinematographers to the next level.
The Workshops are a "hands on " experience covering all of the necessary disciplines required to achieve that professional polish to your videos. Mentored by specially selected media professionals in the Birmingham area you will be able to gain skills to improve your video productions quickly. Course modules are held in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Birmingham, B72 1RJ,(see the venue details on the "More" tab above) running from the 1st March 2014. Modules are limited to a max of fifteen attendees to ensure the highest level of tutoring. The course modules have been sponsored from a Training Grant provided by the IAC. Applications are open to members, and non members of the IAC. These are not stand-up lectures, they are "full on" Workshops. The foundation course material is available via Mark Brindle's book "The Digital Filmmaking Handbook". Available direct at a special discount price of £5-99+£2-00 pp

There will be other course material dispensed to successful attendees prior to
commencement of a module, in some cases. The subsidised price is £30-00 for IAC members,£35-00
for non members, per module. Early application is advised as high over
